Forum Leader

Mika K. S. Tienhaara oversees sales and business development of carbon capture solutions for the Nordic region at Technip Energies. His background is in mechanical engineering, and he has extensive experience in the energy and process industry.

 Throughout his career, Mika has worked with oil and gas, hydrogen, Power-to-X, carbon capture, and other industries. He has been involved in a wide range of projects – from early phase and concept development to implementation and operation.

 Mika’s strengths are in technology development and commercialisation, and through various roles has contributed to building and further developing cooperation and relations between the private sector and public actors, both nationally and internationally.

A forum where emitters and technology providers share experience and needs related to CO capture and use.

The forum provides a neutral arena for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and joint learning on industrial CO₂ capture technologies and CO₂ utilisation pathways.
